All prices for the transactions to be concluded through the Site are to be made in US dollars.  All transactions will be settled in Hong Kong or US Dollars.

Please note that even though payment may be made in Hong Kong dollars, the US dollars prices indicated on the Site will apply.  Payment made by credit card, PayPal, AliPay or UnionPay in a currency other than US dollars will be automatically converted to US dollar, at the exchange rate imposed by your credit card, PayPal, Alipay or UnionPay issuer.

sundrytomato.com does not provide cash refunds to customers.

RETURN and REFUND:

sundrytomato.com will only accept return of defective products which are caused during shipment or by ourselves and shall be made strictly in accordance with the Return and Refund Policies as follows:

* Defective products have to be returned to sundrytomato.com within 28 days of dispatch of the product(s) as recorded in our delivery order.

* All items must be returned in their original packing.  A product that has been modified or used would not be accepted. All parts of a product included in the original packing must be returned.

* For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of earrings, cosmetics products and any other products specified in these Terms of Use from time to time.

* The original shipping cost and handling fees for the returned items would not be refunded.

* sundrytomato.com is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipment of returned products.

* Customer has to bear the cost for returning the products back to us.

* We will process your refund request as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned item. We will inform you of the receipt by email.

* We will try our best to replace the same item to you. However, if the item is not available, we will replace another product of same value. The cost for shipping of the replacement products will be paid by the customer.

* In the event that any return of the products refund were to be made through the customer's credit card, PayPal , Alipay or UnionPay then the credit card issuer, PayPal, Alipay or UnionPay would determine the applicable exchange rate when the refund is made.

*Please note that we have the sole discretion to process any refund request or to reject any refund application if the above guidelines are not met properly.
